    How do I send you a design?

    A photo or a video is enough. A screenshot from Instagram, a picture of a piece you already own, a drawing on paper, a reference a customer sent you — anything that shows what the garment should look like.

    Detail helps but is not required. If you know the sleeve you want, the length, the fabric weight, or where the embroidery should sit, tell us. If you do not, we will ask the questions that matter and make recommendations. Most enquiries start with one photo and a sentence.

    One thing specific to abayas is worth knowing before you send anything: the back drape and the placement of embroidery often differ from the front, and a front-only photo leaves the most expensive decisions to guesswork. If you have a photo of the back, send it. If the reference is a piece you own, photograph it flat as well as on the body.

    What can and cannot be made

    Will my design actually work?

    Most do. The ones that need a conversation first usually fail on trims rather than on shape.

    Lace and trims are bought from the market rather than woven to order, so a design has to be matched to a trim that actually exists. If you send a reference with a lace we cannot obtain, we will tell you before production and show you the closest real alternative — rather than substituting something quietly and surprising you at delivery. That single habit prevents most of the disputes that happen in this industry.

    The other common one is a reference that was never a real garment. AI-generated design images are everywhere now, and they are genuinely useful as direction, but an image can show a seam that cannot be sewn or a drape that cannot hang. We will tell you what has to change to make it real, and what it will look like when it is.

    From design to production

    How does a photo become a production run?

    We read the design and tell you what it will take to make — the fabric that suits it, the trims it needs, and anything in the reference that will not translate.

    Then we agree a budget tier. The same silhouette can be produced across a wide range, from the most premium fabrics available in this region down to upper-mid. This decision usually sets your cost per piece more than any other, which is why it is worth having the conversation properly rather than just saying 'good quality'.

    Production runs 1–3 weeks depending on volume and complexity. If the pieces are for your own brand, your labels and hangtags go on before they ship. We deliver worldwide in 10–15 days. Within the UAE, retail delivery is AED 25 flat.

    Sizing

    What about sizes and fit?

    Standard lengths run 52 to 60 inches, and child sizes run 2 to 12 years. Tailoring is available on request.

    If you are producing for a specific market, tell us — the length that sells in one country is not always the length that sells in another, and it is a cheap thing to get right at the order stage and an expensive thing to discover afterwards.
