Private Label Abaya Manufacturer

Private label means the garment is made by us and sold as yours. We produce to your design or from our catalogue, finish the piece to your specification, and apply your branding before it ships. Nothing in the garment or the packaging carries our name unless you ask it to.

We are the manufacturer, not an agent placing your order with somebody else. The cutting, the sewing and the finishing happen with our own team, in our own atelier. That matters more than it sounds: when you deal directly with the factory, a question about a seam or a length gets answered by the person who will sew it, not relayed through a middleman who will guess.

Lace and trims are the one exception, and we are open about it. Those are bought from suppliers and sewn on in-house, which is standard for the whole industry — nobody weaves bespoke lace for an eight-piece run.

Send us the design as a photo or a video — a reference from anywhere, a sketch, a piece you already sell, or something from our own catalogue on the website or Instagram. You do not need a technical pack, a pattern or a CAD file. Most of the brands we work with are founders with a phone full of screenshots, and that is a perfectly good starting point.

We then agree a budget tier, because the same design can be produced in very different fabrics. Tiers run from the most premium fabrics available in the region down to upper-mid, and the fabric is usually what moves the price — not the labour.

Once the design and tier are confirmed, production takes 1–3 weeks depending on volume and complexity. Your labels and hangtags go on during finishing, so what arrives is shelf-ready rather than something you have to tag yourself.

We deliver worldwide in 10–15 days. Within the UAE, retail delivery is AED 25 flat.

The minimum of 8 pieces per design exists so a small brand can test a design without committing to a warehouse. It is deliberately low for this industry, where minimums are often far higher. Eight means a first order can be four designs at eight pieces rather than one design at eighty — which is the difference between testing a brand and betting on one.
